Hello, I’m Matt Womack! I’m a Chicago native, born and raised. I'm interested in understanding how people, processes, and things work. I have a background in building and maintaining complex systems in the financial, credit, and HR spaces, and that experience has gifted me a deep understanding and importance of effective communication, team collaboration, understanding requirements.
I enjoy learning new tools, and am currently working to add front-end development skillsets to the tool box. Check out my progress on FreeCodeCamp.
I'm also fascinated with augmented reality (AR) and how those experiences can bring context based information to users with minimum input from the user! Keep an eye out for future projects that illustrate this new-found passion of mine!
When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring different restaurants around the city, traveling to distant locales, volunteering for local charities, being an uncle to my awesome nephew Isaiah, and a dog-uncle to Nemo!
